Dr. Sarah Green, PT, DPT, CDN, CEAS
Owner and Founder of Green Physical Therapy
Meet Dr. Sarah Green, a dedicated physical therapist and the founder of Green Physical Therapy. Sarah earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy with honors from Rosalind Franklin University in 2016. Driven by a profound passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential, Sarah founded Green Physical Therapy with the primary goal of making a positive impact on people’s lives and providing the time and attention they truly deserve.
Committed to continuous learning, Sarah completed an Orthopedic Residency in 2018 and pursued additional courses, including Graston Technique, Dry Needling, and specialized training in baseball throwing mechanics. These experiences have enriched her skills and allowed her to bring a diverse range of approaches to her practice.
Sarah’s treatment philosophy goes beyond just alleviating pain; it aims to enhance overall function and performance. Her sessions follow a test-retest approach, ensuring that each patient makes meaningful progress. Whether you’re a dedicated athlete or on a journey to recover from an injury, Sarah is here to guide you toward a healthier and more active lifestyle.

Zach Chen, CSCS
Zach’s journey is a tapestry of ever-evolving facets, including his Presbyterian upbringing, a dual Taiwanese-American identity rich in cultural insights, and a diverse range of interests from epistemology and film production to phenomenology and computational neuroscience.
Zach has a sports background in swimming and track and field, a business undergraduate background, and current status as a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Since high school, Zach’s unwavering passion for human movement and performance has fueled a decade-long commitment to consistent physical training. His expertise extends across diverse demographics, from seniors to athletes from various sports. Zach’s coaching approach is holistic, drawing from the fields of physical therapy, strength and conditioning, neuroscience, and psychology.
Zach’s genuine care for every client shines through as he celebrates even the smallest signs of progress. His approach is marked by positivity and unwavering encouragement, creating a supportive and motivating environment for his clients.

Dr. John GoFF, PT, DPT, CSCS, SFDN1
Dr. John’s passionate career of healing others began after experiencing physical therapy as a patient recovering from a shoulder injury playing high school football. Determined to help others receive exceptional, specialized care like he did, he pursued a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Colorado Mesa University, followed by a Doctorate degree of Physical Therapy from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He also is Dry Needling Certified and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, who considers himself a movement enthusiast, helping people from all walks of life maintain a healthy lifestyle and continue doing the activities they love.
Dr. John is an avid weightlifter, recreational runner, and past multi-sport athlete, who holds a deep understanding of ways to reduce pain and improve performance, from recreational hikers, runners, and gym goers to competitive athletes. He believes everyone deserves the right to perform their hobbies, recreational activities, and sports they enjoy without being restricted by pain, disability, or weakness.
